Accessibility
A better digital experience should work for more people.
Driven Attention believes a thoughtful customer experience starts with being ready for the person who arrives. That includes the digital experience.
Accessibility is part of how this website is designed, built, and maintained. We are working to align the Driven Attention website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and to make the experience usable across different devices, technologies, and ways of navigating the web.
Our approach
Accessibility is not a badge or an add-on to the website. It is part of the underlying experience.
That means considering how someone moves through a page with a keyboard, whether text and interactive elements have sufficient contrast, how images are described, how forms communicate information, how content responds when it is enlarged, and how the site works with assistive technology.
It also means continuing to pay attention as the website changes.
What we're working to support
The Driven Attention website has been built with accessibility considerations that include semantic page structure, keyboard navigation, visible focus states, meaningful image descriptions, accessible form labels and status messages, reduced-motion preferences, responsive reflow, and support for assistive technologies.
Accessibility is an ongoing practice. As the site evolves, we will continue reviewing the experience and making thoughtful improvements where they are needed.
