A paid strategic entry point

Executive Diagnostic

When leadership can see the friction but the real priority is still unclear, the first useful move is not more activity. It is a better decision.

Holly listening during an executive diagnostic conversation in a modern dealership environment.

The business problem

Name the priority beneath the noise.

This is for a dealer, vendor or operator who already knows something needs to move, just not yet which problem deserves attention first. Leadership may be seeing stalled growth, weak differentiation, poor customer experience, AI confusion, authority gaps or persistent operational noise. The signals are real, but they do not always point to the same root cause. The Executive Diagnostic creates enough clarity to understand what the problem is actually costing the business, what deserves attention now, what can wait and what kind of action is proportionate to it.

What gets examined

The decision in its full operating context.

  1. 01The growth goal leadership is trying to move
  2. 02Customer and employee friction around that goal
  3. 03Where attention is earned and where preference is lost
  4. 04The operating reality behind the visible symptoms
  5. 05The decision makers required to create movement
  6. 06Current investment, effort and competing priorities
  7. 07The commercial and organizational risk of doing nothing

Core deliverables

Enough rigor to make the next decision useful.

01

Pre-work questionnaire

A concise leadership input that establishes the business context, the visible concern and the decisions already under consideration.

02

Focused signal review

A review of the relevant digital, operational and customer signals needed to understand the problem without creating a giant audit deck.

03

Executive working session

A 75-90 minute conversation built to test assumptions, connect what different leaders are seeing and establish the real priority.

04

Written Decision Brief

A clear record of findings, priorities, risks and the recommended next move, useful whether or not further work follows.

Typical timing

One to two weeks.

From kickoff to Decision Brief, the work is intentionally concentrated. The pace keeps the business context current while giving the right leaders room to contribute.

The natural next step

Follow the diagnosis.

The brief may point to a 120-Day Growth Pilot, an Authority & Preference Build, a targeted workshop or no additional engagement at all. If the diagnosis is complete, the engagement can be complete too.

Why it is paid

It contains judgment, preparation and a written decision that should remain useful even if the client never hires Driven Attention again. It is not a free consultation designed to produce a proposal, and it is not an oversized audit that leaves leadership with more pages than priorities. A portion of the investment may be credited toward a larger engagement when that is the right next step, though never automatically. Either way, the Diagnostic is built to stand on its own.
